RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you received a package that is defective or incorrect you have 14 calendar days from the date you received it to return it. Feel free to contact us.

Please note, we are not responsible for the products when in transit.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Allow 1-7 business days for order processing.
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.

QUANTITY LIMITS 

In order to be a sustainable company we limit orders to four (4) of any single item. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Orders exceeding this limit are subject to cancellation. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

ALLERGIC REACTIONS 

Our products are 100% natural, but you are not immune to allergic reactions. We encourage you to always test the product in small quantities before use.

Avoid contact internally and around the eye area.

YOU MUST KNOW 

Each product has an expiration date printed on the label which valid for an un-opened  product.

All products must be used within 6 months of opening.
